Welcome to Camp Adventures! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, camping programs, and any other offerings provided by Camp Adventures. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a camping program, participating in activities, or using our website, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must meet the specific age or health requirements for each program or activity, as stated on our website or promotional materials.
- Minors under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian to participate.
- Participation in certain activities may require completion of a liability waiver, as required by UAE law.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings of any camping program are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our website or an authorized representative.
- Full payment must be made to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All prices include applicable VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Law.
- Payments are securely processed in compliance with UAE banking regulations.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled program will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- In the event of cancellations due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Refunds will be processed in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, with payments made via credit or debit cards returned to the same method of payment.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by Camp Adventures staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience throughout any camping program.
- Any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may be removed from the activity without refund.
- Camp Adventures is not liable for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow safety protocols.
- Activities adhere to safety guidelines mandated by UAE authorities, including Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality regulations.
6. Assumption of Risk
By participating in outdoor activities and adventure programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, weather conditions, and wildlife encounters. Camp Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and program materials, is the property of Camp Adventures and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws (Except material taken from copyright-free content sites with a free to use license). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website or programs may feature services, products, or links to third-party websites. Camp Adventures is not responsible for the content, quality, or practices of these third-party services.
10. Force Majeure
Camp Adventures shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control during any listed camping program, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Camp Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE, specifically in the Emirate of Dubai, as per applicable jurisdiction.
